In 1994 and again in 1999 I was a Fulbright fellow at the University of Zagreb, Croatia. Among others, with a help of a team I conducted in 1994 and again in 1999 a large scale study/survey of users and use of the National and University Library. The two technical reports, cited below, summarize the background, methods, and results of these two studies. The reports are in Croatian.
