The purpose of the knowledge chart is to introduce the thematic unit on
“Communications” to the students. This
will be done on the first day of the unit.
Students will be asked what they already know about the topic and what
they want to know about the topic. The
knowledge chart helps to set the stage for the remainder of the unit. For my unit on “Communications,” my focus
will be- What is communication? How do we communicate? How has communication changed though
history?
WHAT WE KNOW WHAT WE WANT TO KNOW WHAT
WE LEARNED
